Prolog C&C CCG parser output to TreeBank Viewer format conversion code: ccgtbv.pl

Example usage:

?- [ccgtbv,lu2]. % lu2.pl is the Prolog C&C CCG parser output ?- tell('lu2tbv.pl'),convertall,told.

Copy color correspondence file (here) as lu2tbv.pl.aux.
In TreeBank Viewer, use lu2tbv.pl as the Prolog Tree File.
