DRAFT!!!

Extends earlier implementations (see here) of Chomsky's
Derivation by Phase and (see here) of a doubling constituent
approach to Binding Theory.

Summary
Assumptions:
CAUSp and CAUSv are the empty preposition and little v,
respectively, as described in Pesetsky (1995).
CAUSp theta-selects CAUSER as its object. However, CAUSp does not
license inherent Case on its object (unlike the over causative
prepositions).
CAUSv externally theta-selects CAUSER as its subject. As a
probe, CAUSv licenses objective Case via Agree.
Last Resort (LR) theta merge intervenes to save a derivation
where a DP has outstanding uninterpretable features that will cause
a crash.
We permit movement from theta-position to theta-position
(without apparent violation of the Theta Criterion) only when the
two theta-roles associated with the distinct theta-positions are
non-distinct.
